Long Term Strategic Plan
Our software allows organizations to define the following:
- Set up the rating scale for the strategic plan
- Define the strategic plan's perspectives
- Define objectives, including objectives' weights, KPIs, baselines and targets
- A rating scale indicating how performance of each objective will be rated
The annual plans are created from the strategic plan where each year objectives' targets are set.
Business Units Annual Strategic Initiatives
Our software allows business unit strategic initiatives to be created from the annual plans. An annual business unit initiatives includes:
- Initiatives/Projects that needs to undertaken by a business unit to help achieve an annual strategic objective target
- An initiative KPI, weight, baseline & target
- A rating scale indicating how performance of each initiative will be rated
Business units annual strategic initiatives are cascaded further into individual employees performance agreement/scorecard.
